What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

100% refund if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. 50% refund within 14 days of arrival. No refund 13 days or less before arrival.

Do you allow parties/gatherings?

Accepted Answer

Each property can accommodate as many guests as it sleeps. For example, if a property sleeps 10, then 10 guests are allowed on site. For special requests or larger gatherings, email info@tjsdestinationoshkosh.com.

What is your smoking policy?

Accepted Answer

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises, indoors or outdoors. If the smell of smoking is detected on site, guests are subject to a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Do I have to sign the rental agreement?

Yes. Before you receive check-in information, you'll need to complete and sign our rental agreement.

What time is check in?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. You may request an earlier check-in, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the rental schedule.

What time is check out?

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who stay past 10:00 AM are subject to an additional $25/hour fee. You may request a later checkout, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the rental schedule.

Is there firewood available?

Properties with firewood included: Goyke, Highland Farm, and Hickory on the Lake. Properties where firewood is available for purchase: Harbor Hideaway and Lilly Lakeside.
